All cuddled up
This one of the Christmas Marianne stamps that I coloured using Promarkers. It's a cute little stamp and looks great layered on the silver card. The blue background is actually a piece of blue card embossed using an embossing folder, I then reversed the image and added a few clear gems.

Stitched card
This is a small cross stitch card using a DMC mini kit. I like the size of these kits, they are inexpensive and just the right size to make an interesting card for anyone.

To a great teacher
I love this little guy from Wild Rose Studios. I added a little greeting and voila a simple but cute end of year teachers card. He could really be used for anything really. He was coloured using Promarkers.

Super Dad
This is a fantastic Kenny K stamp coloured using Promarkers. I made it for Father's Day but it could be used for Dad's birthday too. With the chevron embossing folder and the postage stamp die cut this card is simple to make but very effective.

A good read
I've been a bit quiet recently, but I have been busy, however I'm a silly billy because I forgot to take any pics. Ooops!
So instead I'm going to tell you about the books I've been reading recently.
This book is fantastic and I found it by accident, on one of my random Amazon searches I put in steampunk books and this popped up.
The general gist of the story is Queen Victoria is still on the throne, although she is a vampire! All aristocrats are either vamps or werewolves, halvies (aristo father, human mother), act as bodyguards and humans are nothing more than vermin. You'll recognise some of the characters and a few mode cons (although they have different names)
Well worth a read and there's nothing quite like a kick ass vamp in a bustle.
Yes there's a theme to my current reading. This is Henry VIII: Wolfman and I bet you'll never guess what it's about. Oh OK so good old Henry's got himself turned. This is a twisted tale of women, wolves and why the Church of England came into being.

Steampunk Top Hat
This is my little Steampunk top hat pendant. It's a Studio 490 top hat with tiny watch parts stuck on to it with matt accents. I then stuck a black metal bail onto the back and hung it on a black cord. The picture does make look cogs look quiet bright but in natural light they are a lot duller.
I just love my little hat, it's so cute.

More Alice In Wonderland
This are the invites to my girls birthday party. It's an Alice In Wonderland themed party. The girls are both dressing as Alice and all their friends are all coming as different characters from the book.
These invites were done using Alice themed stamps and a Couture Creations embossing folder called Tea Party. I used the folder with a piece of core'dinations card - blue lightening.
