Thing 1

This is a card for one of my twins who loves purple and rabbits so this is the ideal image for her.
The stamp is one of the new Rachelle Anne Miller collection from Crafters Companion.and is called squeeze.
I coloured the image using Spectrum Noir pens using the following colours:

HB2, HB3, LV1, LV2, FS1
GB1, GB8, CR1, TB6, TB7
BG3, BG4, CT3

The 'Daughter' stamp is from Papermania and is also coloured using Spectrum Noir pens which I have added some purple and lilac gems to.

Finally I added a couple of fabric and glitter flowers to the bottom of the card.

I have to say I almost threw this away in it's early stages but my little girl really liked it so I'm glad I didn't.

I am entering this into this months Spectrum Noir Challenge

Purple Party Princess

Well done to Crafters Companion for introducing the totally adorable Angelica and Adam collection. This little princess is called 'Cherry on Top' and she is wonderful for lots of occasions.
I coloured Angelica using Spectrum Noir markers using:
LV1, LV2, LV3
PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4
FL1, FL2
GB1, GB2, GB3

I used a circle and scalloped circle to cut the image out and mount it onto a lilac background.
The background consists of a piece of lilac card and a piece of white card embossed using the Embossalicious 'Birthday Text' embossing folder.

I apologise for the pic but it was very difficult to get a decent picture of the embossing.

I entered this into Treasured times rubber stamps challenge 'Anything Goes' with Layering

Cool Dude

This young man is J-Cool from the KennyK stamps range, he is brilliant for a teenage card but could be used for any male card.

I stamped the image onto Neenah card and coloured it using Spectrum Noir markers using the following colours:
TB1   TB2   TB3   TB4   TB6
EB3   EB4   TN2   TH3   TH4
CT3   DR1   DR2   DR3
IG2    IG3    BLACK

I stamped the greeting using a Crafty Impressions clear stamp.

I mounted the image and the greeting onto red card using foam tape to give it a little depth.

The background is a piece of grey card embossed with the Crafters Companion embossing folder Gunmetal
The whole thing is mounted onto a 6x6 card.
I am entering this card into the Crafters Companion Clean and Simple Challenge

Beautiful birthday bunny

We had these cute Bebunni stamps in at work just before Christmas and I thought they were really sweet. They are from Crafters Companion and there are several themes in the range.
I was really just playing about with the stamps we'd got and coloured this little chap in using Spectrum Noir pens (also from CC).
After I had finished colouring in I found this beautiful background paper, I couldn't believe my luck it was like they were made for one another.

On Your Birthday

First of I'd like to apologise for my photographs but due to the mirror card I had a heck of a job getting a picture without me in it.

This is my card entry for the Crafters Companion January blog challenge.
As well as the Spectrum Noir January blog challenge.

This little bear is Bamboo from the Party Paws range from Crafters Companion, although he is supposed to be a panda he has been designed in a way that he can be used as an ordinary bear.
I coloured him in using Spectrum Noir pens, using the following colours:
Bear TN2, TN3, TN4
Butterfly CR3, CR5
Flower CR3, CR5, CR6, JG1, JG2

This heart in the background was cutting using the Heart Doilies die from Crafters Companion, I didn't emboss the die as I didn't want too much detail in the background.
I then added a piece of silver mirror card behind the heart a piece of baby pink gingham ribbon and a greeting.

Trumpeting our way to Christmas

I got this cute little Crafters Companion stamp free with Papercraft Essentials, I don't normally bother with magazines but I really need this stamp.
So I have stamped the image on to cream card and coloured it using Spectrum Noir pens. Then I mounted it onto silver card and then onto a card with a piece of patterned paper on. I added a greeting (also on the free stamp sheet). The corner florish is cut using a Memory Box Die, it is silver card with added bling in the form of stickles.

The Spectrum Noir colours are:
Elephant IG1 and IG2
Hat DR4 and DR6
Holly DR3, JG2 and JG4
Tree LG5 and JG1
Decorations GB6, BT8, BT9, CR8 and CT4
Shadow BG1

A little birdie told me.

This is a cute little stamp from Crafters Companion's Barkley Christmas range, it is called Purr-fect Christmas, I really liked this stamp so I couldn't wait to get colouring. I stamped the image onto white card and coloured it with alcohol markers. I then layered the image onto burgundy and gold card. I then stamped one of the sentiments onto white card and layered onto the same burgundy and gold card. Finally I wrapped a piece of burgundy ribbon around the card and added drops of glitter glue to give the card a bit of bling.
I'm entering this in the Crafters Companion November challenge.

Baby Bamboo

I love this cute 'Baby Bamboo' stamp from Crafters Companion. I stamped the image on to a scalloped oval, cut using an Xcut die, then coloured it using Spectrum Noir pens.
I layered this on to a small rectangular card with the corners rounded off.
I used the Embossalicious Dot 6x6 embossing folder on a piece of Centura Pearl card to create the background.

Then using off cuts of the Centura Pearl card I cut out the clouds using a Memory Box die.

To finish the card off I added a stamped greeting and three graduated gems.

Goth Mirror

This is a mirror I designed for a friend. I was an ordinary unpainted pine mirror from Ikea. It has been painted with metallic black acrylic paint.
At the top I have added a small wooden crown. This was originally white glitter, so using a purple promarker I have coloured it and stuck it on using glossy accents.
This is the bottom right-hand corner, which has a random selection of buttons stuck down with glossy accents
This is the top left-hand corner, with three large buttons on. Then finally I covered the whole thing with spray varnish from Crafters Companion (don't know what I'd do without this stuff).
